WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER/ORDER AFTER I COMPLETE MY PURCHASE?
After your purchase it takes 1-2 business days to process your payment.
( SEZZLE AND SHOP PAY payments can take up to 3 business days to process ) Once your order is processed it will take up to 3-5 business days to prepare and ship your order. Once it is shipped out you will receive your tracking number the same day.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SILVER COLLECTION AND THE GOLD COLLECTION?
• The silver collection is graded 8A. Good quality for an affordable price. Can last you 6 months to 1 year with proper care.
• The gold collection is our top hair!! No grade 100% virgin unprocessed hair. Will last you 2+ years with proper care !
HOW MUCH HAIR WILL I NEED?
The average person will need 2 bundles of hair if you are getting 10-16 inches long. If you are getting 18-28 inches we suggest that you get 3 bundles to be safe. We also suggest that you get the bundles in layer lengths; an example would be 22,24 and 26. Anything over 30 inches you will need at least 4 bundles.
